RESERVATION POLICY
Prices:
All prices listed in reservations per room per night
Advances:
To claim a reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total reservation.
A fax or email to the advance deposit is required to activate your booking otherwise the booking is considered invalid. The balance paid on departure from your accommodation.
Please note that bank fees on deposits or transfers through e-banking is the customer, not the accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing via fax or e-mail. Once a booking is confirmed by the accommodation and then canceled by the customer are as below.
A: If cancellation is made 15 days before the date of booking the deposit back
B: if cancellation is made 14 days or less from the date of the reservation does not show the customer a charge equal to 30% of the total booking as a cancellation fee.
